The intent of the document is to define the necessary functional requirements for Colorado Springs Utilities (UTILITIES) to identify a qualified vender capable of delivering Log Management and Change Detection (Configuration Management) applications for security and compliance automation within UTILITIES’ Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) networks.
