Summary of Specifications:
UTILTIES is seeking proposals from Suppliers to provide Substation Steel for the GSU #6 Substation. The installation of the GSU #6 Substation is required due to increasing load growth in the area. This RFP is to solicit proposals for the steel structures required for this installation. The selected Supplier will provide all the steel structures meeting the requirements listed in Exhibit A and Exhibit B and delivered to FOB Destination, GSU #6 Substation, Colorado Springs, Colorado. All products requested to be delivered as soon as possible without undue increases in costs. Due to timeframe of construction, proposals will be reviewed and selections made based upon timeline and/or delivery of steel as well as price.
