Colorado Springs Utilities (UTILITIES) desires to contract with a State of Colorado Certified Abatement Contractor(s) (CONTRACTOR) to provide the labor, equipment, and materials to perform asbestos abatement work on asbestos-containing materials and asbestos-containing building materials as specified by contract documents, including but not necessarily limited to the drawings, specifications, bidding instructions, general conditions, and basic requirements.
