Description

Colorado School of Mines is seeking design services to replace existing fire alarm systems and components to mass notification systems to provide Emergency Communication System (ECS) functions according to requirements of NFPA 72, Chapter 24, in buildings on campus. Outdated fire alarm control panels and notification devices (horns and strobes) will be replaced with modern speaker and strobe components in 12 buildings. Component upgrades would include digital alarm network communicators, IP audio interface devices, speaker/strobe devices, alert devices and fire alarm control panels.
