897-20P - Interior Painting

Colorado Mountain College’s Dillon Campus located at 333 Fiedler Avenue, Dillon, CO 80435 is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to paint the interior of the building.
 SPECIFICATIONS
• Prepare and paint all walls and ceilings in common areas and classrooms.
• Drop ceilings are excluded from scope. Drywall ceilings will be painted to match the lightest color in the space. Complete minor drywall repairs prior to painting.
• Tape and caulk all trim to walls.
• Remove cove mold prior to painting.
• 2 colors will be applied per space.
• Prime all raw drywall.
• Apply 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Promar 400 in colors determined by College.
• Prepare and paint all walls and ceilings in offices to the same scope as above.

• Prepare and paint all window and door trims. This includes all metal trim painted maroon. Small door windows are excluded. Lightly sand all surfaces. 2 coats of Solo Semigloss
• Prepare and paint an estimated 15 accent walls in colors determined by College.
• Prepare and paint North and South stairwells with 2 coats. All surfaces will be painted 1 color. Surfaces not to be painted will be protected.
 TIMELINE
All work must be complete by June 30, 2020.
