SCOPE OF PROJECT
Colorado Mountain College’s Dillon Campus located at 333 Fiedler Ave., Dillon, CO is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to act as a General Contractor for the construction of an APA compliant ramp and entry vestibule as described on documents attached hereto.

TIMELINE
Construction to begin weather permitting and upon agreement of the parties with final completion and inspections done by June 15, 2018.

There will be a mandatory walkthrough February 21st at 1:00 p.m. Please note: The walkthrough will gather in the lobby of 333 Fiedler Ave. and depart promptly as scheduled. Any contractor not present when the initial group leaves may not join the walkthrough.
