CDOT believes Utility Notification Center of Colorado to be the only provider for underground utility locate information and notifications.

Any individual or company that are aware of other sources available for this product/service are instructed to contact Purchasing Agent, David Musgrave at 303-757-9861 or David.Musgrave@state.co.us before the closing date and time of this notice.

If no responses are received by the end of this public notice, CDOT intends to issue a purchase order in the amount of $80,000.00 through 06/30/2020.
