Qualified contractors are invited to bid on a roof replacement at the CDOT Aeronautics Office Building in Watkins, Colorado. The project will involve the removal and proper disposal of the existing ballasted EPDM roof system, adding insulation and cover board on top of the existing insulation and installing a new fully adhered EPDM roof. Approximate square footage of the building roofing being replaced is 4,680 square feet.
