Event Note

To ensure sufficient information is available to firms preparing submittals, a mandatory pre-submittal and bid conference has been scheduled. The intent of this conference is to tour the site and to have CCCS staff available to discuss the project. Firms preparing submittals must attend and sign-in prior to the date and time indicated above in order to have their submittals accepted.

Please allow yourself enough time to park and get to the room in a timely manner. The Lowry campus is not always listed accurately using MapQuest, GPS apps, etc. The door will close at 1:31 PM and latecomers will not be admitted.Details can be found in the IFB document.
