The WORK consists of construction of asphalt removals, curb/gutter, median hardscape, procurement and installation of actuated pedestrian crossing warning devices, electrical conduit installation, transit stop and shelter pad construction, sidewalk and pedestrian ramps, asphalt patching, and signing and striping along Pine Grove Road, a collector roadway, which is located in a heavily trafficked commercial area. The work area is between Lincoln Avenue and Rollingstone Drive.
A BID BOND in the amount of 5 percent of the BID AMOUNT is required if the project amount is in excess of $50,000.00. PERFORMANCE and PAYMENT BONDS in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT AMOUNT for each individual project will be required if the project amount is in excess of $50,000.00.
