Golden History Museum is seeking a qualified and experienced private events planner and coordinator to manage all aspects of planning and execution for private events held at Golden History Park. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for: a) booking and managing primarily private social events to reach annual income targets for Golden History Park; and b) ongoing cultivation and evaluation of vendor relationships. The Event Coordinator’s services include, but are not limited to, planning, assistance with sponsorship, event production, and overall event management coordination, including day-of-event coordination, budget management, programming and implementation.
