Description

Pre-bid Meeting         July 18, 2018 at 10:00 AM in the Water Reclamation Facility Con ference Room at  1300 S. Queens Avenue, Pueblo, CO
 
In general, the successful bidder will remove the existing roof/roofing materials and install new roofing at the Water Reclamation Facility Primary Sludge Station located at 1300 S. Queens Avenue, Pueblo, Colorado. The roof systems shall meet UL Class A rating, shall be designed for wind uplift FM 1-90, and must meet specifications detailed in Section 2.  Bid prices shall include all charges for supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, shipping/handling, unloading, and insurance necessary to complete the project in a professional manner.
