The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit qualification and priced-based proposals from companies qualified and experienced in providing integrated mosquito control and management services for the timeframe of May through September of each year of the contract. A scored evaluation will be conducted for each submittal and award will be made to the Proposer whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the City of Pueblo considering the evaluation factors set forth in Section 2.
