Description

The City of Pueblo, on behalf of Pueblo Area Council of Governments (PACOG), is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms or teams to assist PACOG staff with tasks related to Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) Update efforts. The LRTP is one the region’s core planning documents and is updated regularly. PACOG’s most recent LRTP was adopted in the spring of 2016, and PACOG aims to finalize this next LRTP updating effort in the first half of 2020. Proposers should have experience preparing LRTPs and be intimately familiar with recent Federal guidance and regulations regarding the document.
