In general, this project will consist of, but is not limited to, the following trades and specialties for rehabilitation of: masonry, doors, roof, structural/foundation, and worksite as detailed in the plans and specifications for this project.

This project is funded in part by a grant from History Colorado, the State Historical Fund, Grant No. 2017-01-047. The Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties and Rehabilitation apply to this project and will be enforced where applicable.
