    Event Note

    The City will host a mandatory Pre-Quote Meeting and Site Walk on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Comfortable shoes are recommended for the approximately 1.5 mile walk. Quotes will only be considered from offerors who attend the meeting and site walk and sign in on the City’s sign-in sheet. Interested offerors who are late to this meeting may not be able to sign in, and thus ineligible to submit a quote.

    Event Note

    The City will host a second Site Walk on Monday, July 23, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. Vendors who attended the first site walk are not required to attend the second site walk. Vendors must have attended one of the site walks to be eligible to submit a quote. 

    At the second site walk, the City will be able to address and clarify questions raised during the first site walk. Information clarified will also be made avialable in the Final Addendum.
