Work includes demolition and removal of concrete walks, slabs and structures including furnishings, capping and removal of abandoned utilities. The work also includes incidental filling and grading, clearing and grubbing, and disposal of unsalvageable materials.

This project is funded by a federal award and subject to additional requirements of the Code of Federal
Regulations, 2 CFR §200.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The City will only accept bids submitted in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. The City will not accept hardcopy bids, or bids submitted by any other means.

The City will not accept late bids, and bidders that do not successfully upload all required documents by the due date and time will not be considered for award. Bidders should allow ample time to upload and submit documents. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the bid is received in the City of Longmont’s portal on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System on or before the bid opening date and time. The City shall not accept proposals from bidders that fail to upload and submit documents by the deadline, for any reason, including force majeure or technical difficulties.
