Description

The City of Longmont seeks proposals from qualified consultant teams to develop a plan for the Main Street Corridor. The corridor extends from State Highway 66 on the North to Plateau Road on the south. The study area will likely encompass one to three blocks on each side of Main Street depending on the specific area within the corridor. The resulting corridor plan will put forth detailed recommendations for enhancements to the transportation system, changes to existing land uses, and specific priority redevelopment projects/catalyst sites in several urban centers and along the corridor in general.  This project includes the use of federal grant funds, and offerors must comply with the applicable requirements referenced herein and attached to this RFP.
