RFP-TK-18012 - Button Rock Preserve Management Plan

The City is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a Button Rock Preserve Management Plan. The consultant team will work with Longmont’s Public Works & Natural Resources staff to incorporate a comprehensive natural resource evaluation conducted by the Colorado Natural Heritage Program (CNHP), design and carry out a visitor use study, and facilitate a public process. The ultimate goal of the Button Rock Preserve Management Plan is to update the rules and regulations for the Preserve in a manner that ultimately protects water quality and the fragile watershed and concurrently allows passive recreational use of designated areas within the Preserve.
