Generic plans of the roof are available at 2549 River Road, in the Purchasing Office. This solicitation is to install a new TPO system roof over the existing roof, or remove old roof and install a new TPO roof system. A Site Inspection/ Bidders Briefing shall be held at 10:00 AM at the Lincoln Park Clubhouse, 1340 Gunnison Avenue, Grand Junction Colorado, on September 12, 2005.Any questions regarding this solicitation should be addressed to the buyer, not the end user.
