Summary of Specifications:
The City of Grand Junction intends to purchase a software system providing accurate and effective management of numerous events and concession operations at multiple locations. As a minimum it is expected the software shall schedule facilities, book events, create room layouts, allow calendar viewing from multiple ports, provide customized reporting, permit specific or mass correspondence, provide general accounting features and allow modifications to be recorded and disbursed instantly.
