Description

Objective

The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Service Provider to provide painting services and repairs on City buildings and facilities. The City intends to award up to multiple Service Providers.

Background

Service Provider will supply experienced general painting services to include: painting prep work, priming, painting, staining, clear coat finishing and miscellaneous dry wall patch/repair for interior and exterior surfaces on new construction, renovations and repairs in commercial applications. Service Provider will occasionally be required to work outside of regular business hours (8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday). Some work will have to be done on weekends. The City expects a high quality product meeting or exceeding minimum industry standards.
