Description

CBRE along with DLR and Adolfson and Peterson Construction are in the process of finalizing construction documents for the project which should be completed in December. Phase 1 of the project will consist of construction of the new HQ building and will take approximately 13 months to complete. Phase 2 will consist of demolition of the existing police facility along with site work and new parking facilities for the complex and has a 6-month schedule to complete. We are asking all vendors who plan to provide a proposal for the project to contact Jon Micheel and Donovan Nolan by email by Monday, November 27, 2017 and give your formal “intent to bid.” (Please note Attachments 1, 2 & 3 will be distributed only to consultants who plan to provide pricing for the project)
