The City of Cortez (City) seeks qualified engineering firms to provide a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) for water system improvements. The City is seeking funding from the USDA RUS and the PER shall follow USDA RUS Bulletin 1780-2 requirements. The PER shall assess the operations, infrastructure, and management of the City’s entire water system into a single planning document to guide future operations and development. RFP documents may be picked up from the Department of Public Works at the City Service Center or by requesting a copy via e-mail from nstoker@cityofcortez.com. There is no charge for the documents.
