The Work to be performed under this contract includes removal of pavement markings, asphalt repair, cleaning of designated streets, application of slurry seal, installation of pavement striping and markings, and related work, as shown in the General Conditions, Special Conditions, Project Technical Specifications, and attached plans. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. The Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with the City, Waste Management, South Adams County Water and Sewer, school districts, HOAs and Metro Districts, as applicable.
The Work shall be completed within 90 days from the date of issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
