The City of Colorado Springs and Colorado Springs Utilities (CSU) are, collectively, very interested in pursuing smart city technology, particularly in the areas of connectivity, energy, and resilience. The objective of this RFP is to select a qualified organization to provide professional services to the City & CSU. Such services shall include, but are not limited to developing a smart city strategy, providing insight on best methods and techniques for implementing smart city technologies, and acting as a subject matter expert that has significant knowledge of all available technologies and applications.
