R19-046 AD - Route 12 Transit Enhancment

Contractor will perform transit enhancements along Mountain Metro Transit’s (MMT)  Route 12 along Palmer Park Blvd. from Academy Blvd. to Powers Blvd. in Colorado Springs.  Transit enhancements include installing ADA approved access ramps, installing or repairing sidewalk, and installing concrete bus loading, bench shelter pads at specific bus stops, and all work incidental to these items.  This project will require close coordination with Springs Utilities and the 2C street maintenance program.  Contractor performance will be an evaluation criteria due to the extremely schedule constrained nature of this project.
