RFP-R15-081MZ - POLICE IMPOUND TOWS

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Colorado Springs is seeking an interested, qualified, experienced, professional and courteous towing contractor to serve the City of Colorado Springs performing Police Impound Tows. The services provided are an agreement between the City of Colorado Springs and the tow contractor. This contract provides a service to the citizens and visitors of Colorado Springs in their time of distress when the vehicle owner/operator is not available to sign, normally after an accident, or provide a verbal agreement with the tow operator. Tows in which the vehicle owner/operator is not available to consent to the tow will not be considered rotation tows and the vehicle will be impounded. Contractors are reminded that they are representing the City of Colorado Springs at all times, and failure to properly represent the City will result in loss of these contractual privileges.
