The CSFD is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a records management system (RMS) that addresses fire and emergency services incident reporting as well as fire code inspections to meet current and future case management system needs, including fire and medical reporting, fire investigations, and fire code plan review and inspections. We’re looking for a commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) automated software solution, as well as installation, integration, configuration, training, and ongoing maintenance and support services for the CSFD.
