Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this RFP to award one (1) consulting team a contract to connect youth in underserved areas to the outdoors. The scope of the project will include, but not be limited to, assessing the existing conditions and needs of the underserved community, identifying barriers and opportunities for youth engagement, analysis of data and community input, and development of a detailed 3-year strategy and one-year action plan to serve as a directed roadmap for achieving this initiative.
