Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this RFP to award one (1) concrete repair contract for On-Call repairs at various locations throughout the City. This work will also potentially entail some emergency work, as budget allows, across the City of Colorado Springs. Various City departments and/or Program/Project Managers may utilize the services provided under the awarded contracts on individual projects up to and not to exceed $1,000,000 during the contract performance period. If a project is anticipated to exceed $1,000,000, the City will follow the established rules and regulations and provide for competition of the project through the formal open competitive process. The City will also award one (1) additional concrete repair contract for On-Call repairs as a backup to the primary Contractor, in case the primary Contractor cannot perform work at an acceptable production rate.
