R17-082 AD - 1145 Wash Bay Renovation

CONTRACTOR shall renovate the bus wash bay, based on the included scope of work, at 1145 Transit Drive of the Mountain Metro Transit (MMT) campus in Colorado Springs, CO.  The space contains an existing bus wash system that needs to be removed and replaced, as part of this project.  Further renovations include, removing and upgrading the lighting, installing radiant heat and insulation and cleaning and painting all wall surfaces.  Concrete outside the east wash bay door needs to be replaced.  A portion of this concrete includes heated coils to prevent ice build-up in the winter.
