The City of Brighton Community Development Department’s Building Division currently maintains records in a paper format. Due to space limitations and the difficulty of maintaining and searching a large number of records including address files and large format plan rolls, we are intending to place all of these records into digital format. This project has been partially completed. This RFP is for completion of the project.
