The City of Brighton is seeking a facilitator to support a City Council visioning retreat for the purpose of developing the Council’s collaborative approach, group decision-making processes as well as guide the Council through strategic planning. The facilitator will create an agenda with help from Council members and key staff; facilitate a day-long retreat; and provide a meeting summary. The retreat is scheduled for Friday, March 6, 2020, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Council may want to have a follow-up session to the retreat at a later date to further develop their vision.
