The City of Boulder (city) is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide services related to registration and verification under the EPA’s Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) of renewable fuel produced at the Boulder Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF). Services will include:
•Renewable Identification Number (RIN) verification under a pathway-specific QualityAssurance Plan (QAP)
•Training and guidance for city staff on RFS requirements including registration, RINgeneration, quarterly and annual reporting, and attestation
