THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED FOR THE PURPOSE OF: Selecting qualified contractors for the upgrade to energy efficient lighting for City of Aurora buildings.

Note: Firms intending on serving as subcontractors, or material suppliers should not submit Statements of Qualifications for this Pre-invitation/Statement of Qualification process. This process is designed to prequalify prime contractors only. When the bid for the retrofit project is solicited, only those qualified prime contractors selected from this process will be solicited or allowed to participate. However any potential subcontractors and material suppliers shall be given full opportunity at that time to review, and/or purchase the project manual as they deem appropriate.
