Summary of Specifications:
The project includes, but is not limited to the supply and installation of the following: Traffic Control, Site Preparation, Erosion Control, Earthwork, Concrete, Reinforcing Steel, Prefabricated Bridge, Hydromulch, Seeding. In addition to the above, the successful bidder shall be in compliance with the Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) program, which requires 11% of the contract be performed by DBE firms. Plan Holders for this project are defined as those who (1) successfully download and printed plans and specs from www.auroragov.org/business AND called 303-739-7100 to identify themselves (business name; full address; point of contact; phone and fax numbers) to formally receive subsequent addendum(s) OR (2) purchased plans and specs from the City of Aurora Purchasing Services, 15151 East Alameda Parkway, Suite 4400, Aurora, Colorado, 80012
