Summary of Specifications:
The work to be performed under this contract includes the construction of approximately 3,551 feet of 10" diameter sanitary sewer pipes, 546 feet of bored 24" steel casing, manholes, seeding, and other items necessary to complete the work. Work which must be accomplished to construct the system shall be considered as part of this contract, whether specifically shown or not. Plan Holders for this project are defined as those who (1) successfully download and printed plans and specs from www.auroragov.org/business AND called 303-739-7100 to identify themselves (business name; full address; point of contact; phone and fax numbers) to formally receive subsequent addendum(s) OR (2) purchased plans and specs from the City of Aurora Purchasing Services, 15151 East Alameda Parkway, Suite 4400, Aurora, Colorado, 80012
