Description

The proposed scope of work required for golf course construction services will include, but not be limited to the following:

The construction of new First Tee of Denver practice area, including, three greens, bunkers (as shown on construction drawings), fairway areas, irrigation renovations, and drainage. Work will also the installation of a new #1 green, #1 tee boxes, bunkers and irrigation renovations. All work shall be completed per current Denver Golf standards, United States Golf Association (USGA), and other industry standards;
Work includes the installation and renovation of golf features, including but not limited to, contouring of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and large area lawn sod/seed re-establishment per current Denver Golf standards. Some work may involve the use of laser-guided equipment;
Other construction services as needed or required, including but not limited to, site grading and drainage system installation.
Work shall be phased to allow for continuous play of the golf course as and 18-hole facility.

The City and County of Denver anticipates awarding a minimum of one contract to one contractor and reserves the right to award more than one contract to more than one contractor.
