PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE INSPECTION:

Vendors are encouraged to participate in a walk-through inspection of the sites conducted by City personnel and familiarize themselves with any conditions which may affect performance and proposed prices. Submission of a proposal will be prima facie evidence that the vendor did, in fact, make a site inspection and is aware of all conditions affecting performance and proposed prices. This site inspection is NOT mandatory, but it is highly encouraged for vendors to attend.

The Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit will take place at Ashland Recreation Center – 2475 West Dunkeld Place, Denver, CO 80211 – on Thursday, October 31st, 2019 at 10:00 AM. Suppliers are instructed to meet City personnel in the lobby area.
