Minimum Requirements:

  • Web-based Application for User Accessibility  Software accessed through a VPN (virtual private network), Remote Desktop/Terminal Services, Citrix, etc. will not be considered.
  • Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) The solution is fully compliant with Section 140.1 of the FIPS of NIST for all applicable ‘data cryptography modules’, which includes compliance with CJIS data security standards. 
  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)  The solution is fully compliant with all data security standards as set forth by HIPAA. 
  • Sensitive Security Information (SSI) The solution satisfies the requirements for the protection of Sensitive Security Information (SSI) as set forth at 49 C.F.R. Part 1520.
  • Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) 16 Vendors willing to provide SOC Certifications for US Data Centers issued within the last 18 months for SOC 2 audits will be considered.
