The purpose of this Solicitation is to secure contractual agreement with a qualified provider under various funding sources provided under the Reproductive Health, Family Planning, and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) designations. Service areas include, but are not limited to: reproductive health care and STI testing, treatment, and follow-up services. Experienced Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM) or Nurse Practitioners (NP) provide outpatient clinical care, testing, treatment, and follow-up for individuals seen in the clinic. All in accordance with the attached solicitation documents.
