Description

BACKGROUND:
Boulder County Parks and Open Space is seeking qualifications from Volunteer Service Providers for upcoming volunteer projects that may occur during the 2018 calendar year. Services that may be requested for upcoming projects will include, but are not limited to:
1. Volunteer Recruitment
2. Volunteer Management
3. Crew Leader Training
4. Seed Collection
5. Invasive plant removal
6. Habitat restoration events
7. Project reporting
This solicitation will allow the County to prepare a pre-qualified list of Volunteer Service Providers to perform work on an as-needed, project-by-project basis. All awarded contractors will be required to enter into a Continuing Services Contract, not to exceed $75,000.00 annually, for all contractors under the Volunteer Services Contract.

All inquiries regarding this SOQ shall be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 12, 2018. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be posted and sent via email no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 15, 2018.
