The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is seeking qualified vendors to provide pest control services on an ongoing and as needed basis at BCHA owned and managed rental properties throughout Boulder County and BCHA client homes as outlined in the scope of work specifications. Properties are listed in Attachment A. Any responding Contractor does not have to respond to all properties listed and may bid on specific properties and services as desired.

The purpose of this solicitation is to award contracts to one or more contractors who can offer the required services as needed.
