The Boulder County Transportation Department is seeking bids for the construction of a low-flow crossing of the Little Thompson River at Boulder County’s North County Line Road(NCL) 2 (CR2), also known as Larimer County Road 2 (CR2).  The work mainly consists of installation of a concrete crossing over and around six large diameter corrugated pipes. Other major work elements for this project include: 1) placement of riprap, 2) grading, and 3) concrete pavement.
Specifications and a sample contract with a FEMA specific addendum are attached. The successful proposer shall execute the attached addendum as part of any contract with the county, and comply with all FEMA requirements set forth in that addendum.
