A seal coat is to be installed in accordance with the attached Asphalt Sealcoat Manufacturers Association (ASMA) specifications.
Restriping of the existing lot in the same layout in Hazard Yellow (see attached specification by Acrybar) is to be included in the proposal.
All proposals to include full labor, materials, and disposal of related debris to complete this project.
A warranty of five years labor/workmanship/material is desired.
