Summary of Specifications:
Throughout 2015, Adams State University will be conducting a complete review of our existing event/classroom scheduling process. This project will include replacing our several standalone applications with a comprehensive event and classroom scheduling solution that will allow our students, faculty, staff, and guests of campus a single portal to schedule events and rooms on our campus. An attachment to this RFI is a rough overview detailing a few of the requirements of an event/classroom scheduling system.
