ASU17004-SS - Clean Renewable Energy

Adams State University (ASU) located in Alamosa, CO will subscribe to 300c kilowatts of clean renewable energy provided by Community Energy Solar.  ASU anticipates a 10% reduction in energy bill.  ASU will pay zero upfront dollars and will receive both Community Energy bill and Xcel energy credits the month following the date each solar array project is placed into service. 
ASU intends to sole source the procurement of clean renewable solar energy from Community Energy Solar LLC as they believe this is the only provider for this solar array, see attached Sole Source Justification.  If any provider believes this to not be a sole source purchase please respond prior to the deadline providing justifications as follows:  1)  Detailed response and documentation of comparative service that can be evaluated to determine exact equivalence or better by ASU Personnel.  2)  ASU will be the sole judge of equivalence so complete specifications and qualifications must be provided.  3)  All questions and responses to this sole source must be submitted in writing to reneevigil@adams.edu, only.  No phone calls please.  4)  Failure to respond as instructed will result in disqualification.
