Adams State University (ASU) intends to sole source the purchase of a campus identification card system per the attached Justification. If anyone believes this to not be a sole source purchase based on the attached justification please email reneevigil@adams.edu before the deadline specified. Your response must be as follows to be considered:
1) Provide a detailed response to how specifications to required can be met. Include BAFO price quote, comparative description of services and goods which can be evaluated to determine exact equivalence or better by ASU personnel.
2) ASU will be the sole judge of evaluating and determine equivalence
3) All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted to he Purchasing Director "ONLY" at reneevigil@adams.edu prior to the deadline.
4) Failure to respond as instructed will result in disqualification.
