PURPOSE/BACKGROUND: The Adams County Environmental Services Management Department (“County”) by and through the Adams County Purchasing Agent (“Purchasing Agent”) is accepting Proposals for window cleaning services from firms with established client services.

The purpose of this RFP is to purchase Window Cleaning Services that shall include, but is not limited to the following locations as specified in Attachment B. – Window Cleaning Services-Pricing Sheet as specified herein from a source(s) of supply that will give prompt and efficient service to the County.

1. PRE‑PROPOSAL MEETING AND WALK-THROUGH (Non-Mandatory): A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, 9/18/2019 at 1:00 P.M beginning at the Adams County Government Center Front Lobby, Brighton, CO, 80601, to discuss the Scope of Work for window cleaning services.
